CHELMSFORD – The 80th meeting between these two long rivals ended with another frustrating, disappointing loss for Billerica.  Things stared off looking good for the Indians when they recovered a fumble on the opening kick-off and drove it down for a touchdown and a fast, 8-0, lead.   Billerica had the momentum at the half as they held a 16-14 lead.  But in the second half, the Indians drove into the red zone twice and failed to score.  Chelmsford took a big risk going for the first down on a 4th and 2 from their own 21 with a 1:35 left.  The Lions got the two yards need for the first down and that sealed the win for them.  Chelmsford now leads this long time rivalry, 53-22-5, and have won the last three and eight of the last nine years.
